1.  ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE Use of this web site is subject
 to the terms of this "SimcoeArts.net USER / MEMBER AGREEMENT" 
and any and all other policies published, at any time, on this web site.  
This agreement should be fully read and understood before using the 
SimcoeArts.net web site.  By using this site, you fully agree to be bound 
by all terms and conditions of this agreement.  SimcoeArts.net reserves 
the right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, 
without notice.  Any changes must be adhered to.

2.  SimcoeArts.net SERVICE
This site is owned and operated by SimcoeArts Web Design.  It provides 
information and other services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.  
Use of this site is contingent on acceptance of viewing of any and all 
advertisements (ADS) sent on or by pages of this site.  ADS include, but 
are not limited to:  banners, buttons and pop-up windows.  SimcoeArts.net 
does offer an upgraded service that will remove ADS from service. This USER
AGREEMENT minus the ADS requirement will also serve as the Upgraded
Membership User Agreement.

3. COPYRIGHT; RESTRICTIONS ON USE
The materials and content displayed on this web site, that are not
member upload items, including but not limited to text, software, 
graphics, video, music, sound, names, logos, trademarks and service 
marks are the property of SimcoeArts.nnet, its affiliates or licensors 
and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual 
property laws.  Registered Users and Authors who upload content to 
SimcoeArts.net grant SimcoeArts.net an unrestricted and non-exclusive 
right to display and utilize the uploaded content. Registered Users 
and Authors maintain the copyrights to their content and our complete

4. PERMITTED USE
You may make a single copy of stories, articles or other portions of 
content published on this site on your hard drive or in print for your
own personal, non-commercial use.

5.  LIMITATIONS ON CONTENT

author created pages that allow you and other users to post information, 
content, provide feedback, and interact in real time. You agree not to 
submit, post or otherwise transmit, and SimcoeHosting.com may remove, 
any material that SimcoeHosting.com, in its sole discretion, considers 
unlawful, harmful, threatening, vulgar, profane, abusive, harassing, 
obscene, pornographic, defamatory, tortuous, a personal attack, or 
objectionable material of any kind. You further agree not to submit, 
post or otherwise transmit any content which is part of any third party 
referral program, essentially void of any substantially meaningful 
content or detrimental in any way to the SimcoeHosting.com web
site or business.

6.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Your use of this web site is at your own risk.  It comes as is and as

7.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will SimcoeHosting.com, its parent,
employees, affiliates, or other third parties related to this site be
liable for any damages whatsoever.  This includes, but is not limited
to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages
(including those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business
interruption) arising out of the use of this site, or any web sites
linked to this site.

These sites are not monitored by SimcoeArts.net,
